Government of Telangana has established toll free number ‘14567’ exclusively for Senior Citizens for providing information and guidance on pension issues, legal issues, on field intervention in cases of abuse, emotional support, rescue and care for homeless senior citizens.
It is first-of-its-kind connect centre in the Country. The Govt. of India has adopted our Telangana State Help Line model and created Elder Line (National Helpline for Senior Citizens) which is scaled up to cover all states and union territories.
2,08,927 calls have been received on this toll free number since inception i.e, April,2019
